The beautiful thing about R&B music is that no matter where you are and what you’re doing, hearing your special song invokes a new sensation from within.  It’s a lovely feeling when you walk up to a juke box in a random bar and realize that your favorite song is on the list.  When you hear the unique sounds that touch your soul, memories of another time flash across your cerebrum. From the looks of the Joe Thomas (better known as Joe) performance at the Park at 14th, everyone in the crowd was thinking of a more loving and pleasant time in their lives as they rocked and swayed to the sounds of the Grammy-Nominated singer.

As Joe strutted towards the stage in a sleek brown suede jacket and dark shades, a blast of cheers overwhelmed the venue.  He made sure to perform his old hits “All the Things (Your Man Won’t Do)”, “Ride Wit U”, and “I Wanna Know” as well as a couple of new ballads, all of which rocked the house in every possible way. After making the crowd jump for a while, the Platinum-selling recording artist slowed the tempo down, whipped out his acoustic guitar, and seductively crooned the crowd.

Closing out the performance, Joe announced the release of his newest album “The Good, The Bad & The Sexy” which is slated to drop later this summer.  The world of love anthems can’t wait to add Joe’s new song titles to its juke box registry.
